Disney's Art of Animation

The Art of Animation is one of Disney's newest resorts. 

It is a family vacation where you can stay and play in the fun-filled worlds of Finding Nemo, Cars, The Lion King and The Little Mermaid. You can share the adventure of a story-inspired room. And have a blast in our 3 themed pools. The kids can get their game on in our arcade and, when the day draws to a close, you can all kick back together watching movies under the stars. 

$ This Resort is considered a Value Resort but the price of a Moderate Resort.

Disney's Art of Animation is in the Wide World of Sport Area.

I love walking around this resort.  It just screams Disney fun!

Things To Consider:  

The Art of Animation is considered a Value Resort with a Moderate Resort Price tag.  

Resort Location - you will have to take a bus to theme parks.

Layout!  The Art of Animation is similar to a motel style layout with rooms opening up to the outside.  Depending on where you are staying, the walk could be far.

Things To Consider: 

You have to walk outside to Animation Hall where everything is, Food Court, shops, arcade, buses.  

All rooms open to outside.

Things to consider:

  If it is rainy, cold or hot, please remember this as you will be walking to the Main Hall for everything.

This resort offer's Family Suites for large families that sleep up to 6.  Offering a separate bedroom with a queen, a pull out sofa and a pull down table bed.  

Vibrantly decorated you can choose from Finding Nemo, Cars & Lion King Family Suites.

They also offer Little Mermaid rooms that are Standard Room sizes and sleep 4.  

Things to consider:

The Little Mermaid Room is further away so you will have to remember that if you are considering this resort:) 

Amazing outside amenities are found at Disney's Art of Animation which the kids will adore!

The Big Blue Pool, Cozy Cones Pool & Flippin Fins Pool.  

Families can enjoy Movies Under The Stars!

 There are very few cons as this is a beautiful resort and so much fun for the kids.
